Why it matters
Employers send offers based on your profile. Completing setup makes you searchable. Entries autosave, so leaving midway resumes where you stopped.
The eight steps
1. Basics: photo and name. 2. Contact & area: Bangladeshi phone number, district/upazila. 3. About you. 4. Work preferences: category, rates, availability. 5. Skills. 6. Experience (choose “No experience” if none). 7. Education & portfolio. 8. Review & consent.
If a field is missing
“Next” is always active — pressing it highlights the missing field in red and scrolls to it. You proceed once every required field is filled.
With an incomplete profile
Your account stays active and you can sign in. Some benefits (like being ready for hire) need a complete profile.
