Last Updated: 1 October 2026
Welcome to JobsVai.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of jobsvai.com, JobsDoor, and other services, features, tools, and functionality provided by JobsVai (“JobsVai”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing JobsVai, posting a job, applying for work, accepting an invitation, making or receiving a payment through supported JobsVai processes, using JobsDoor, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use JobsVai.
1. About JobsVai
JobsVai is a digital platform designed to connect:
- Candidates seeking work opportunities;
- Employers seeking Candidates;
- Companies and authorized Company representatives;
- Professional community participants through JobsDoor.
JobsVai provides technology and platform features that may support:
- Candidate profiles;
- Job postings;
- Job applications;
- Invitations and hiring requests;
- Messaging;
- Work scheduling;
- Work management;
- Payment confirmation;
- Contact access;
- Work submission and completion;
- Ratings and reviews;
- Disputes and support;
- CV creation and sharing;
- JobsDoor community features.
Unless JobsVai expressly states otherwise for a particular service, JobsVai is not the employer, employee, service provider, contractor, agent, partner, or representative of either party in a user-to-user work arrangement.
Candidates, Employers, and Companies are responsible for deciding whether to enter into a work relationship with one another.
2. Eligibility
You may use JobsVai only if you are legally capable of entering into the agreements and activities relevant to the services you use.
By creating an account, you represent that:
- The information you provide is accurate;
- You are legally permitted to use the platform;
- You have authority to act for any business or Company you represent;
- Your use of JobsVai does not violate applicable law.
A Company representative must have appropriate authority to act on behalf of that Company.
JobsVai may request verification where reasonably necessary.
3. Account Types
JobsVai currently supports account usage including:
Candidate
A Candidate may create a professional profile, discover opportunities, apply to eligible jobs, receive invitations or offers, communicate where permitted, accept work, complete work, and receive reviews.
Employer
An Employer may post jobs, review Candidates, send invitations, hire Candidates, communicate with Candidates, manage work, make required payments, and leave reviews.
Company
A Company may manage hiring and work through authorized Company members according to their assigned roles and permissions.
Account capabilities may vary according to:
- Account type;
- Role;
- Verification status;
- Assigned permissions;
- Platform restrictions;
- Job or work status;
- Payment status.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must:
- Provide accurate account information;
- Keep your login credentials secure;
- Use only accounts you are authorized to use;
- Notify JobsVai if you suspect unauthorized access;
- Keep relevant information reasonably up to date.
You must not:
- Sell or transfer your account without permission;
- Share credentials in a way that creates unauthorized access;
- Impersonate another person or organization;
- Create accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes;
- Circumvent restrictions or suspensions using another account.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account where that activity results from your authorized use or failure to reasonably secure your credentials.
5. Candidate Profiles
Candidates may create profiles containing professional information such as:
- Name;
- Photo;
- Professional title;
- Skills;
- Experience;
- Education;
- Portfolio;
- Availability;
- Location;
- Rates;
- Reviews.
Certain Candidate profile information may be publicly accessible and may be indexed by search engines.
Candidates must ensure that profile information is truthful and does not materially misrepresent their identity, experience, qualifications, skills, availability, or work history.
6. Job Postings
Employers and Companies may post jobs through JobsVai.
A job posting must accurately describe the opportunity and must not:
- Contain deliberately false or misleading information;
- Promote unlawful work;
- Request illegal activity;
- Discriminate unlawfully;
- Contain malicious links or files;
- Be designed primarily to collect personal information;
- Request passwords, PINs, OTPs, or confidential financial credentials;
- Be spam or unrelated advertising.
JobsVai may review, limit, reject, pause, or remove job postings that violate these Terms or platform rules.
7. Applications and Invitations
JobsVai may allow Candidates to apply for eligible jobs and Employers or Companies to invite Candidates.
An application, invitation, or message does not automatically create an employment or contractual relationship.
A work arrangement progresses only when the relevant parties complete the steps required by the applicable JobsVai flow.
Candidates may not apply to their own jobs or create arrangements designed to manipulate platform activity, ratings, payments, statistics, or records.
8. Managed Hiring Flow
For supported work arrangements, JobsVai may use a managed hiring flow.
The normal flow may include:
1. Employer or Company sends an invitation or hiring request;
2. Candidate reviews the work details;
3. Candidate accepts or declines;
4. Employer completes the required payment step;
5. Payment status is confirmed;
6. Permitted contact information becomes available;
7. Work begins according to the agreed schedule;
8. Candidate completes or submits the work;
9. Employer reviews the completion;
10. Payment is processed or credited according to the applicable workflow;
11. The parties may leave reviews.
The exact flow may differ depending on the type of job, platform feature, or work arrangement.
9. Acceptance of Work
Before accepting work, Candidates should review information such as:
- Scope;
- Budget or compensation;
- Date;
- Time;
- Location;
- Remote or on-site requirements;
- Required skills;
- Deliverables;
- Special conditions.
By accepting an invitation or work arrangement, the Candidate confirms their intention to perform the work under the displayed terms.
Employers are responsible for ensuring the job details presented to the Candidate are sufficiently accurate before acceptance.
10. Payments
JobsVai may provide or support payment-related workflows for certain work arrangements.
Payment methods, processing steps, service charges, applicable fees, and payment timing may be displayed before or during a transaction.
By proceeding with a payment, you authorize the applicable transaction and agree to any fees clearly disclosed for that transaction.
JobsVai may use third-party payment providers.
Third-party payment providers may have separate terms, fees, privacy practices, and verification requirements.
11. Platform Fees
JobsVai may charge service or platform fees.
Where fees apply, the applicable amount or calculation should be presented through the platform or associated pricing information.
Fees may differ depending on:
- Account type;
- Transaction type;
- Work value;
- Promotional programs;
- Paid features;
- Boosted or urgent listings;
- Other platform services.
JobsVai may update fees from time to time.
Updated fees will normally apply prospectively and will not retroactively change a transaction already completed under a previously displayed fee unless required to correct an error or comply with law.
12. JobsVai Is Not a Bank
JobsVai provides platform functionality related to hiring and payment workflows but does not represent itself as a bank.
Terms displayed within JobsVai such as payment confirmation, payment status, credited payment, or related workflow descriptions refer to platform processes and should not be interpreted as providing regulated banking services unless expressly stated otherwise.
13. Contact Unlock
Candidate contact information is restricted during earlier stages of supported hiring flows.
Where contact unlock applies, authorized contact information may become available after required conditions are satisfied, which may include:
- Candidate acceptance; and
- Payment confirmation.
Unlocked contact information may include permitted phone or messaging contact information.
You may use unlocked contact information only for legitimate purposes related to the relevant work relationship.
You must not:
- Sell contact information;
- Publish it publicly;
- Add the person to unrelated marketing lists;
- Harvest it into databases;
- Spam the person;
- Harass the person;
- Use it for unrelated solicitation.
14. Messaging
JobsVai may provide messaging between eligible participants.
Messaging access may depend on the status of the relevant invitation, work request, assignment, or account permissions.
Candidates are not permitted to use JobsVai messaging to send unauthorized cold messages where the platform does not enable such communication.
A message thread may become read-only where an invitation or arrangement has been declined, cancelled, expired, or otherwise closed.
Users must not send:
- Threats;
- Harassment;
- Hate content;
- Sexual exploitation content;
- Fraudulent requests;
- Malware;
- Phishing attempts;
- Spam;
- Illegal material;
- Password or OTP requests;
- Content designed to bypass platform safeguards.
15. Work Start and Completion
Candidates and Employers are responsible for following the work schedule and requirements agreed through the platform.
JobsVai may provide status indicators such as:
- Pending;
- Accepted;
- Payment pending;
- Scheduled;
- Work in progress;
- Submitted;
- Completed;
- Disputed.
Platform status information is intended to help manage the workflow and does not independently determine legal liability between users.
16. Remote and On-Site Work
Jobs may be remote or on-site.
For on-site work:
- Employers should provide accurate location and access information;
- Candidates are responsible for making reasonable decisions about whether they can safely and lawfully attend;
- Both parties must comply with applicable workplace and safety requirements.
For remote work:
- Candidates and Employers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate internet access, equipment, software, and communication arrangements unless otherwise agreed.
17. Completion and Payment Approval
After work is completed or submitted, the Employer may be asked to review the work and confirm completion.
Where the applicable JobsVai workflow includes automatic processing after a defined period, payment status may progress automatically if no dispute has been opened within the relevant period.
For certain supported workflows, JobsVai may provide an automatic processing window following the scheduled end of work.
Opening an eligible dispute may pause automated processing while the dispute is reviewed.
JobsVai may modify workflow timing where reasonably necessary for security, technical, payment-provider, compliance, or dispute-related reasons.
18. Cancellations
Cancellation rules may vary according to the stage of the work arrangement.
A user may lose the ability to cancel freely once certain steps have occurred, including:
- Candidate acceptance;
- Payment confirmation;
- Work start;
- Work completion.
Where cancellation involves a payment, any refund or adjustment will be handled according to the applicable transaction conditions, payment-provider rules, platform fees, work already performed, and dispute circumstances.
Users must not repeatedly create and cancel arrangements to manipulate limits or platform systems.
19. Disputes
JobsVai may provide a dispute process for eligible work arrangements.
A dispute may relate to matters such as:
- Work not performed;
- Work materially inconsistent with agreed requirements;
- Attendance problems;
- Payment issues;
- Misrepresentation;
- Other issues connected to the relevant arrangement.
When a dispute is opened, JobsVai may review information including:
- Job details;
- Messages;
- Work status;
- Submissions;
- Files;
- Payment records;
- Timeline information;
- Support communications;
- Information provided by both parties.
JobsVai may request additional information.
Users must cooperate honestly with dispute reviews.
20. JobsVai's Role in Disputes
JobsVai may assist with communication, platform records, status controls, and available payment workflows.
Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, JobsVai is not a court, arbitrator, employment tribunal, or legal representative of either party.
JobsVai's platform decisions may determine how JobsVai features, records, accounts, or supported payment workflows are handled, but they do not necessarily determine all legal rights that may exist between users.
21. Ratings and Reviews
After eligible work is completed, users may be able to review one another.
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience.
You must not:
- Purchase reviews;
- Create fake reviews;
- Review yourself using another account;
- Threaten someone to obtain a particular rating;
- Offer improper benefits in exchange for a review;
- Submit knowingly false claims;
- Coordinate review manipulation.
JobsVai may remove or limit reviews that violate these Terms or platform rules.
A negative review is not automatically prohibited merely because another user disagrees with it.
22. JobsDoor
JobsDoor is JobsVai's professional community and content feature.
Users may be able to:
- Publish posts;
- Comment;
- Reply;
- React;
- Follow;
- Save content;
- Report content;
- Share eligible content within JobsVai.
You remain responsible for content you publish.
23. JobsDoor Content Rules
You must not use JobsDoor to publish:
- Illegal content;
- Fraudulent schemes;
- Malware;
- Phishing;
- Harassment;
- Threats;
- Private personal information without authorization;
- Copyright-infringing content;
- Deliberate impersonation;
- Spam;
- Coordinated platform manipulation;
- Content designed to facilitate prohibited activity.
JobsVai may moderate or remove content and restrict related features where necessary to enforce platform rules.
24. AI-Assisted Content
Some JobsVai features may use automation or artificial intelligence to assist with content, categorization, recommendations, moderation, summaries, opportunity information, or other platform functions.
AI-generated or AI-assisted content may contain errors.
Users should independently verify important information before relying on it for financial, employment, contractual, legal, or other significant decisions.
25. CV Features
JobsVai may allow Candidates to generate, maintain, download, or share a CV.
The Candidate is responsible for ensuring that information contained in their CV is accurate.
Employers and Companies who receive a Candidate's CV may use it only for legitimate recruitment, hiring, workforce, or related professional purposes.
A Candidate's CV must not be sold, publicly republished, or used for unrelated marketing without appropriate authorization.
26. Files
Users may upload files where JobsVai provides that functionality.
You must have the legal right to upload and share any file you submit.
You must not upload:
- Malware;
- Viruses;
- Malicious scripts;
- Stolen documents;
- Illegal material;
- Unauthorized confidential information;
- Content that infringes intellectual-property rights.
JobsVai may block, quarantine, remove, or restrict access to files for security or compliance reasons.

- Scrape restricted data;
- Use automated tools to overload or exploit the platform.
28. Your Content
You retain ownership of content that you own and submit to JobsVai.

- Reproduce;
- Display;
- Format;

This license does not transfer ownership of your content to JobsVai.
Public content may remain visible through cached or archived third-party systems even after it is removed from JobsVai.

If you believe content on JobsVai infringes your intellectual-property rights, you may contact JobsVai Support with:
- Identification of the protected work;
- Identification of the allegedly infringing content;

31. Off-Platform Arrangements
Users may communicate outside JobsVai after contact access is legitimately enabled.
However, if users intentionally bypass required JobsVai transaction steps to avoid applicable platform rules or fees for an arrangement initiated through JobsVai, JobsVai may restrict the relevant accounts or features.
JobsVai cannot guarantee or control payments, agreements, work, communications, or disputes completed entirely outside its supported systems.
32. Company Members and Permissions
Companies may assign access to staff or representatives.
The Company account owner or authorized administrator is responsible for assigning appropriate roles.
Company members may only access functions permitted by their role.
A staff member must not attempt to access:
- Payment information;
- Candidate contact information;
- Company administration;
- Work assignments;

unless their assigned permissions authorize that access.

- Payment-status issues;
- Disputes;
- Reports;
- Platform questions.
Support communications must not be used to threaten, harass, impersonate, or submit fraudulent claims.

During an investigation, JobsVai may:
- Review relevant platform records;

An account may be deactivated:
- At the user's request;
- Because of serious or repeated violations;
- For security reasons;
- Where required by law;
- Under applicable JobsVai policies.
Deactivation does not necessarily delete transaction, dispute, security, or legally required records.
38. Appeals and Support Requests
Where available, users may contact JobsVai Support regarding restrictions, suspensions, or other account actions.
Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reversal of the decision.
JobsVai may review:
- Account history;
- Platform records;
- Security information;
- Supporting evidence;
- Relevant policies.
39. Privacy
Your use of JobsVai is also subject to the JobsVai Privacy Policy.

- Completed work.
Candidates decide which eligible opportunities to pursue.
Employers and Companies decide whom they wish to consider or hire, subject to applicable laws and platform rules.
43. No Guarantee of User Conduct

This section does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Where JobsVai has direct legal responsibility under applicable law, these Terms do not remove that responsibility.

You are responsible for:
- Your decisions to hire or work;
- Information you publish;
- Agreements you enter;
- Your conduct;
- Your tax obligations;
- Required professional licenses;

53. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
54. No Waiver
If JobsVai does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not automatically mean JobsVai permanently waives the right to enforce it later.
55. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the JobsVai Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly presented for a specific feature or transaction, form the applicable agreement governing your use of JobsVai.
Where a specific feature has additional terms, those additional terms apply to that feature.
