Members build a profile and receive work and offers. Employers and companies find members and send offers or post jobs. Payments, messages and reviews are all in one place.
How to start
1. Create an account. 2. Choose your role (member/employer/company). 3. Fill in the required profile details. 4. Find work, or find members and send an offer.
Key rules
Sending or accepting an offer alone is not a hire — the member's consent and a confirmed payment are both required.
The employer service fee is 7% and the member fee is 5%.
