Where offers arrive
The notification bell, email and the “Invitations/Offers” page. Open one and read the full details: work, pay, time, place and terms.
Before deciding
Ask in messages if anything is unclear. To change pay or time, write it in a message — when the employer updates the offer, review the new terms and then consent.
If you accept
The employer's payment step begins. Only after payment is confirmed can they see your phone/WhatsApp and the work starts. You do not have to start before payment.
If you decline
The employer is informed and the conversation becomes read-only. If you declined by mistake, ask the employer to send a new offer.
