What the states mean
Active: everything works. Your account stays active even at 0% profile completion.
Restricted: some actions (like sending new offers) are temporarily off.
Suspended: the account is closed for breaking rules; the reason and duration arrive by notification.
If restricted or suspended
Check the reason in notifications and email. If it looks wrong, contact support — include the reference ID and time for a faster review.
