Complaints and dispute resolution
Filing a complaint, providing evidence and the decision process.
When to complain
Member absence, disagreement about work quality, time/address confusion or payment trouble — complain from the related work's page.
What to include
A clear description, the work reference and evidence: message excerpts, photos, dates and times. Written consent in messages and the offer terms are the main basis — so keep all discussion in messages.
After filing
Once a complaint is filed, the automatic payment release pauses. Support reviews both sides and decides — resolution can be completing the work, replacement, refund of the unused portion or a partial settlement. Track the status on the complaints page.
What is not promised
No fixed resolution time or fixed compensation is guaranteed — every complaint is settled individually based on evidence.
