Notifications and email

The bell at the top shows the number of new notifications. Open the list; tapping one takes you straight to that subject's page and marks it read.

A notification meant for another role leads you to the right role when opened. With multiple tabs open, unread counts stay in sync.

Offers, messages, payments and important events arrive by email. Email buttons open the related page directly — some pages ask you to sign in. Security emails are always sent; the rest can be turned off in settings.

Check spam/junk, confirm your email address and review notification settings. Still nothing — tell support.
