Switch বাংলা/English from the top menu — the whole site follows.
Using on mobile
On small screens the menu folds into a hamburger icon; use the bottom tabs for main sections. On slow internet images may take time — wait or reopen the page.
Frequent problems
Upload failing: check the file size and type, and your internet.
Message not sending: press the retry option on the failed message.
Page not opening or showing old data: refresh; if an error reference ID appears, note it down.
PDF/print/QR trouble: try another browser.
When writing to support
Include the problem description, error reference ID, time and a screenshot if useful. Never send passwords or sensitive details.
