Who pays which fee, what to check before paying, and a ৳1,000 example.
Who pays what
The employer pays a 7% service fee on top of the agreed pay. A 5% service fee is deducted from the member's pay. So for ৳1,000 of work the employer pays ৳1,070 in total and the member receives ৳950.
Payment steps
1. When the member accepts, the payment option opens for the employer. 2. Check the total cost and the member's receivable. 3. Pay through one of the methods shown as available on the payment screen. 4. Once confirmed, a transaction record and invoice are created.
Payment states
Success: money confirmed, next step unlocked. Pending: confirmation takes time — do not pay again. Failed: money was not taken or returned; try again. If money was taken but it shows unconfirmed, wait a while and tell support with the reference number — do not pay a second time.
