Starting, running and completing work
What both sides do from confirmed payment to completion approval.
Before work starts
Once payment is confirmed, agree the date, time and address in messages. Member: arrive on time or be ready for remote. Employer: prepare the place and tools.
During the work
If extra work, time or pay is needed, write it in messages, both sides agree, and the employer updates the offer — verbal decisions do not change an offer.
If there is a problem
If the member is late or absent, or the employer is unreachable, write it in messages and inform support if needed.
At completion
The member submits completion details and proof (photos/description). The employer reviews and approves. Even without approval, earnings are automatically credited 3 hours after the work ends — the 3 hours count from the work end time. Filing a complaint pauses the automatic release for support review.
