Requesting a refund does not return money by itself — the process starts only after support verifies and approves.
Where it goes back
An approved refund returns to your verified original payment method — for safety it is never sent to a different method.
Tracking status
See each request's state on the complaints/refunds page: under review, approved, processing or completed. You are notified when done.
