The types
Hourly: rate per hour × hours. Daily: day rate × days. Weekly: week rate × weeks. Monthly: month rate × months. Full-time: a regular monthly salary.
Contract: one total pay for the whole job — scope, deliverables and deadline are required. Custom: any negotiated arrangement — you write the pay and terms yourself.
How pay is calculated
Except custom, every type uses the member's profile rate for that period. In a custom offer the employer enters the total and freely chooses on-site/remote/hybrid.
For every type
Member consent is mandatory — no one-sided hiring. Work does not start before payment is confirmed. Any term change needs fresh consent. Keep all discussion in JobsVai Messages.
